OUR PROCESS

Our process is very simple. We split the payment for our projects into 2 or 3 payments (for projects over $500), whichever is most convenient for you. After the 1st payment, we begin the project by requesting all of the info we need via our questionnaire. We then provide you with a mock-up. Upon approval, we send an invoice for the 2nd payment. We then begin the coding of the website. When the coding is done - we test the site in all major browsers and provide you with tutorials on how to manage the content. If a 3rd payment is due, we send the invoice at that time and launch your new website upon receiving the final payment. The turnaround time for most websites is 3 weeks and 1 week for most website updates.
